We are excited to announce that on July 22nd, 2017, our team of painters and volunteers will be working to restore and beautify rooms in The Teen Project’s facility with a fresh coat of paint.
The Teen Project and Freehab provide homeless young women in Los Angeles and those aging out of the foster care system with room and board, college support, paid job internships, savings program, automobile obtainment program and independent living education. The organization’s mission is to provide these at-risk youth with the greatest opportunity for a successful transition to adulthood. Their services include the only free drug treatment center in Los Angeles.
Founder Lauri Burns was rescued from the streets at age 23. Her struggles inspired her to start The Teen Project in 2007.

We want to extend a big thanks to Dunn-Edwards Paints who has graciously agreed to donate 100 gallons of the paint we will be applying.
